This shirt was the least floppy of them all, least overly stretchy (some would get baggy sleeves as play went on), most worn shirt out of the group by ratio of 4:1
My son is 5'10" and 140 pounds. Adult small fit him well though still a little long in the sleeves. He is 13 so someone older would likely have broader shoulders and not have the sleeve issue.
He wore this shirt almost daily for a 2 hour training session with multiple diving, sliding saves. It came back soaked through and full of grass and dirt. I washed it daily. Shirt looks like new. Smells fine too.
I'm giving it three stars in case you don't have the problem I do. If it fit, it would have gotten five stars: it has fabulous breathable fabric I've ever seen.
I use these shirt for running and they perform well, They do a very good job of moisture wicking and dry fast.
They do a good job of keeping you back dry which helps me greatly.
I have run indoors in both the long and short sleeve versions and they do the job for me.
I have not used them outside in the heat only because hot weather hasn't hit here yet.
I often where these under a running jacket or windbreaker for their moisture wicking properties.
I have some cold weather compression shirts, but it needs to be pretty cold before I can wear them under a jacket.
Mid 40s degrees F and the vapor run under a windbreaker is the way to go.
These hold up well after repeated washings.
The higher end companies may make a better shirt, but I don't know. The performance and value (wait for the sale)
of these shirts can't be beat (at least in my opinion)
The are GREAT. They look great and have more mesh on the back to be cooling.
Great muted colors too!
I wear for exercise and just every day wear.
