The animal footage can not compete with BBC or the newer National Geographic videos, but there are some classic scenes here. The narrative and exploration of some of the greatest conservationists is another worthy element. If you're interested in the basic historical and scientific aspects related to saving these species, then I recommend this educational collector's edition.
