1. It was quick service, enough to warrant the two stars on the pole sitting in my garbage right now.2. It says universal for all Antennas, and I am not an antenna expert, so I didn't dive into asking everyone of sizes (I am a computer nerd and do way too much research on what I buy, but with this one, I took it on faith....mistake). I bought a "Esky® Amplified HD Digital Outdoor HDTV Antenna with Motorized 360 Degree Rotation, UHF/VHF/FM Radio with Infrared Remote Control" and the tube is too big for the antenna. (minus 2 stars)3. The picture is not what you get, they make it look like a reduced end, and if it had been, I could have flipped the pole over, put the antenna on that end, because it does fit, and then bought a small pipe to fit in the mount and the tube, put some screws in it, and made it work. But it is a bent tube reduction like the picture example, meaning that the antenna screws would not evenly screw tight on the tube to secure it. I worked in the tubular business for a while, and this is a cheaper process to save a buck, which would be okay had they shown a picture of it, but I do not like buying something only to get a cheaper knock off. If they have a picture, I assume its of the actual product. (minus one star).Oh well, life continues.....
