Channel Zero: Butcher's Block follows Alice Woods and her schizophrenic sister Zoe who have moved to a small town to start over. On the outskirts of town lies Butcher's Block, a hellish neighborhood where junkies roam and lawlessness abounds. The sisters encounter Joseph Peach and his family, who offer them a place with promise of a world without worry and without illness. The sisters soon find that the cost of living the good life comes at an unimaginable price, and there is a fine line between escaping insanity and embracing true madness.

Also, to any parent reading this to see if there child/teenager could watch this... absolutely not. This season isn't just about scary this or scary that. They deal with some highly psycological themes here that would be difficult for most minors to handle.
It's definitely better than season 2, but some of the same issues are present here as what dismantled season 2, but not as bad. There are some really good stuff in Butcher's Block and we have heads, bugs, and blood everywhere. Someone in the production definitely realized they got stuck with more useless millennial actors, so the story of the cannibal family living in the sky house definitely makes up for that. Rutger Hauer is what made this season and then out of nowhere not only does the real story unfold in the last two episodes, but goes over the edge in pure cinematic genius with the appearance of what might have been one of H.P. Lovecraft's other Old Ones or Outer Gods.
