I purchased this for my son's housewarming and had it sent directly to him. (He lives 4.5-5 hrs away from us) When he started unboxing it, he found the parts were bent. Being determined to continue with unboxing and assembling, he continued. As he finished unboxing, he found more pieces either bent, scraped, or broken. I called Amazon to let them know. They told me to have him box it and they'll exchange. He did not want to go through and repackage so he hammered and worked with it to make it work. After a couple more Amazon calls, we came to an agreeable solution. Thank you Amazon.
