1. Quick Charge must meet 2 conditions:

A : Charging device has a Qualcomm Quick Charge function.(You can check if your phone supports QC in the manual.)

B : Use original cable or a 3rd party certified one.

2.Devices that do not support QC fast charging will automatically adjust to high speed charging.

3. If a port isn't working properly, your device may have triggered the protective internal safety switch. In order to reset the switch, unplug all cables for five minutes and retry.
