I ordered these towels for my guest bathroom but the color was not the same as it looked online. I've had that happen before since color matching can be tricky when buying online. The catch with OMNI LINENS is that if you return the item, they will credit you back only 50% of the purchase price, claiming the other half is a "restocking fee."
I use Amazon daily and occasionally need to return an item that isn't what I expected. I have always received full credit for my purchase. I was so surprised by this practice by OMNI that I contacted them directly. I found out they are a Chinese importer wanting to make a quick dollar, not generate consumer loyalty and provide quality products. Make sure you absolutely want whatever you buy from them on Amazon before clicking purchase or be prepared to lose half your money plus the return shipping charge if you have to make a return.
