The answer is yes. The truth is that we long for a happiness that lasts because that is our birthright. Our souls, which are made in the image of God, know that such happiness is ours and long to claim it again. Yet we continually go about looking for it in the wrong place. We seek our happiness from the world, yet the world—which is changing and transitory, unlike our souls—can never provide it. Only God can.
Meditate and Experience God: Saints, Scriptures, and Science Point the Way not only shows you how you can experience God through meditation, and thus obtain the happiness you’re seeking, but supports this notion by providing quotes and passages from saints and scriptures of all of the world’s great religious traditions—Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam. It also refers to the latest in quantum physics to support its premise. And it encourages you to test the teachings for yourself, by providing introductory information on eight different meditation techniques.
There’s no longer any reason why you yourself can’t Meditate and Experience God. It is what you are here to do.
