This story is more of a love triangle than a reverse harem. The cover is very deceptive. She makes out with 2 brothers - pheromones? A lot of things are not explained, like why they don't have females, What's the deal with the crazy mothers? This story is all over the place and left me somewhat confused.
She ends up with 1 brother. There's 2 more books with the same type of covers but I am assuming they're about the 2 brothers since no names are mentioned in the description. If they follow the same outline as this one then they also will not be reverse harem .
The ending was pretty good. I think it makes up for some of the missed opportunities in the rest of the story.
I can only hope the other two books are better as I’ve already purchased them I’m assuming they are the brothers books and one I would like to get his happily ever after but one seems irredeemable

The lead female character wasn't as developed as i think she could be. She had moments of strength but she buckled under most pressures and did not stand up for herself and what she wanted. If it's life or death scenarios wouldn't you have more of the fight/flight response before just giving up? Charis was funny she had that going for her but I feel like she was weak willed and portrayed the typical female expectations of weakness and submission. I mean if she was driving the guys wild wouldn't she revel in her femininity and good looks that have them mentioned and totally forgotten on the same page? Charis could have been a fire cracker spontaneous witty and an absolute empath but those elements were not fully developed and incorporated in the story.
The male lead Han threw mantrums 80% of the book. It was almost as if he was in a supporting role rather than him being the lead. If Han had a conversation with Charis he would storm off after a few lines. Character development for Han needed more exploration to be honest. He would have been a much more impressive character and would have greatly helped the storyline.
Would I recommend this book... not really the characters and the storyline need to be much more developed to be more entertaining than what is. I'll admit it was a great read in that the plot was not mapped and the ending wasn't predictable.
