One thing I found particularly interesting was the information about how to find the lowest fares on travel websites. I don't want to give away too many details, so I'll just say that for years, I've apparently been looking at the wrong sites. The links to good sites and information about what verbiage to look for will help me a lot.

Airlines change their rules and pricing structure constantly, so I try to keep up on what is active at any one time. I have tried to limit any "fluff" from the text and stick to just what is needed for the reader to get a price break. My newsletters fills in where timing to rewrite a new book will take too long.
Keeping up on airline changes was the biggest challenge as they try to squeeze every dollar out of the public and their operating costs. I have NOT added chapters on how to sign up for credit cards to get mileage, and it was difficult, but overall I think that if you are playing with your credit score just to get miles, you will be falling into a trap. If you want to try credit cards there are other books on Amazon that will tell you how, but be sure to read the fine print.
