Editorial Reviews

"Goldfarb's satire turns the genre on its ear...warps it like a fun-house mirror, to hysterical effect. Piss-yourself funny."  (regarding HOW TO FAIL:  THE SELF-HURT GUIDE) --The Philadelphia Lawyer, "Happy Hour is For Amateurs"

"This is like the Bible for screwing up, except a little more awesome. Would that make Aaron Goldfarb a prophet for failures? We'd like to think so." (regarding HOW TO FAIL:  THE SELF-HURT GUIDE) --Jason Diamond, editor, Jewcy

"'How to Fail' is reminiscent of a classic that raised eyebrows sixty years ago: J.D. Salinger's 'Catcher in the Rye.'" (regarding HOW TO FAIL:  THE SELF-HURT GUIDE) --Len Edgerly, The Kindle Chronicles

This book is just more proof of how talented writer Aaron Goldfarb can be. Couples in various situations, and how they handle them, are found in this book. Aside from being in New York State, they don't have too much in common. Some of the stories finish the way you think they will, Some have a twist ending that might knock your socks off (well, they did mine). Goldfarb's writing always leaves me hungry for more.

That's proper use of an ellipsis by the way. You think I engage in hyperbole? No, not at all. Aaron Goldfarb's The Cheat Sheet is one of the greatest short story collections known to man. Am I kissing his ass? No, not at all. I consider Aaron to be a close, personal friend. I loan him Kindle books and show concern for his well being on Twitter. Did you get that lock of hair I sent you in the mail, Aaron? We need to hang out, I cut my hair just like yours. Please don't ignore me.'ll like The Cheat Sheet if you like variety and unpredictable characters in your short stories. Aaron Goldfarb is a student of humanity. And, he likes beer if that convinces you to buy his book.
