I started switching cheats for eats 14 days ago. Low calorie food does not equal the impact of high micronutrient food. I think I actually feel my stomach melting away. I do not have that deep hunger/cravings like I did before. I have tons more energy. And on top of it all, I have HOPE. And although I was not familiar with Quinoa and Kale and hummus, I ventured out and found them and have added them to all the other vegetables I was already eating. In with the eats and out with the cheats and …. Wow, I have found the magic diet pill after all this time.
And to think I was part of the initial group downloading the free eats/cheats sheet and received all the emails but never took the step to ‘engage’ in the lifestyle due to my ‘belief’ of what I thought it took to lose weight. I was wrong.
