The Cheer Diet has exceeded our expectations! With the author’s valuable information and great writing style, we were able to obtain all the necessary information to implement some important changes to her eating habits. I have already seen an improvement in her food choices because she is now aware of the importance of proper nutrition, and how food choices both pre/post workout can have a direct and positive result on her performance.
I have read the book twice and my favorite section is the myth busters! It has answered and put to rest several questions I had often thought about, i.e. organic vs. regular food, detoxing, aspartame, and I have since made some necessary changes to my own dietary intake. My daughter loves the delicious meal options and easy to make smoothie recipes.
This book is a valuable source of information written in everyday language with lots of facts and just the right amount of fun.
