I'm printing on a Lulzbot Mini with a Standard extruder (not the flexistruder). No problems at 40mm/sec speed, 230c extruder, 55c bed, retraction 1.5mm at 10mm/sec. The material is stiff enough to feed reliably, but still very "rubbery" when printed. Finished product is similar to Ninjatek "semi-flex", but I could never get semi-flex to feed reliably with the standard extruder.
I can't adequately describe how "tough" this stuff is. Layers are inseparable, stretch is incredible. Parts stretch and compress, but return to shape. I made a 1/4" thick keychain, put it on the workbench and hit it with a hammer several times - no damage at all.
Despite reports that this releases easily from PEI, that was not my experience. The first print bonded so well to the PEI that it was impossible to remove without cutting and scraping. I do NOT recommend printing this directly on PEI surface! For successive prints, I used a thin layer of glue stick over the PEI and had excellent results - stuck well during print, but very easily removed.
Very exciting being able to print moderately flexible items with a standard Wade's extruder!
I did some Internet research on this filament, which gave me a good baseline to start out with so I haven't had any drastic failures while printing with this filament. I have had bed adhesion issues but I can't blame the filament, I have that problem with nearly any filament I run on my printer.
It's a bit tricky to get a completely clean looking print from this filament in terms of decorative printing but for printing functional components, this stuff is awesome!
A little stringing but easy to clean up.
Not super squishy, but very flexible.
