They're clearly cheaply made; plastic, small, and I think the "Ctrl, Alt, Del" texts are vinyl lettering. The inside of mine came with black paint scuffing the white insides of them, which kinda makes them look dirty, and they came very faintly scratched. They also came several days late.
Regardless, they're still pretty cute for the price, and I'm not particularly upset with the purchase. Just don't have high expectations.

Wouldn't re-purchase or recommend. Don't really trust it as hot/cold as advertised. Pretty thin plastic the material gets uncomfortably hot. Wish they were ceramic but I haven't been able to find any. Great as office desk decoration, can be used to store common desk supplies. Cute design, just not functional as 'cups.'

Not only did the cups arrive later than the guaranteed arrival date, but the cups were filthy and the tray was broken. I love the idea of this set and it would have made a great gift, but the late arrival coupled with the terrible shape they came in meant there was any way I would give this to another person.
