It had been very difficult to find baking parchment in individual sheets. I had been able to find it only on rolls, like waxed paper and foil, and it is very hard to use. It's difficult to tear and won't lay flat on the baking pans. This sheet parchment has worked very, very well for me. It lays flat on the baking pans, nothing sticks to it and my clean up is a breeze. I am very glad to have found it and will definitely reorder when I need more.

I put raw meats onto these for a kitchen scale to weight so that the scale would not get messed up. I also put chicken between the layers of the parchment paper sheets then vacuum sealed. A great way to keep frozen things from sticking together.

This paper is just like the much more expensive parchment papers being offered by other vendors, only at a much better price! Comes rolled, so there are no creases; high quality paper. I'm a baker and do lots of cookies and other baked goods and this paper works just great. Very good value.

I do a lot of baking, I purchased this item thinking it was a good price but when I received it there were only about 25 sheets in the pack. What a ripoff! I ordered the exact same thing from King Arthur Flour Company on Amazon and got 100 sheets for $19.00.

Despite these being flat and pre-cut, they are not 12 x 16 1/2, as advertised. They are more like 13 x 18, so they don't lay perfectly flat inside a 13 x 18 half-size sheet pan. Every time I need one, I must first cut to size or weigh down the edges to prevent curling. What a waste of time. I'm a little disappointed at the inaccurate measure on these.

Can someone at Amazon.com change the description?

Despite the inaccuracy, these work well to prevent sticking and help with clean up. Also, they are reusable, so that helps with controlling costs and waste.

I'm not a professional baker or anything, but I do bake quite a bit at home. Like most people, I just got tired of the wrestling with curled parchment and decided to try some pre-cut sheets. SInce I typically use half sheet pans, this seemed like a good choice. Yeah, it had some negative reviews, but I figured "Well, how bad can it really be?" I found out...REALLY bad.

It worked fine for a batch of cookies, probably due to the fact that they were coconut based so the high fat content helped in the sticking issue. However, when I made a test batch of filled pretzel bites for a upcoming party, the sticking was horrible! I don't know how much worse it could have gotten if it was glued down; the bottoms of every piece were literally torn off trying to remove them.

In an attempt to try and resolve this, the next batch was laid down on a corn meal base, which usually does the trick. The same result, horrible sticking and torn bottoms. I have never seen this happen with other parchment, even when baking at higher temps for things like breads, bagels, or pretzels.

I'm not certain what to do with these now, except for maybe origami. I'll try and do some lower temp baking and see if it has something to do with the higher oven temp, but I have severe doubts about this.

I ordered these because they appear flat in the product photo. They came rolled up, which is not what I wanted. And for $10 shipping (a rip-off), you'd think at the very least they'd come as shown in the photo, perhaps in a box to keep them in. However, they came rolled up cheaply held together with a piece of paper to keep them from unrolling- nothing to store them in at all. Disappointed.

This is a wonderful convenience item. I have used these parchment sheets for baking cookies, bread, and even chicken breasts. The size is perfect for my newly acquired Nordicware 13x18 baking sheets. The price is great too. I was paying between $3 and $4 for a standard roll of parchment paper at Wal-Mart, and quite a bit of it was going to waste due to cutting / sizing to fit my pans. I will definitely order again when this box runs out!
