Parchment paper is perfect for non-stick baking and cooking and ensures easy cleanup. Use it to line cookie sheets and cake pans to prevent sticking (wet the paper to easily mold it to the shape of the baking pan). Simplify cookie baking by preparing cookies on a piece of parchment paper, then slide the parchment paper onto a cookie sheet for baking and slide the parchment paper onto a cooling rack for cooling. Great for use in microwave ovens and for preparing foods "En Papillote" (baked in parchment). Parchment paper also makes for easy separation of frozen foods (for example, stacks of hamburger patties) or line pans with parchment paper for easy removal of frozen desserts from the pan. Parchment paper can also be used to form piping bags and to create a tall collar when preparing a soufflé.

Chefland sheets looked like a good solution, but it seemed a bit expensive. My wife found a 23 ft roll in our Publix grocery, but it did not fit the tray well and would not lay flat. The Cefhland comes with 100 sheets in a flat container that has a cardboard backing. and the 100 sheets cost out to about 15 cents a foot. I also found that after cutting each sheet in half, the half sheet fits the Pyrex tray perfectly including covering the sides of the tray. The food comes off with a little help from a spatula and nothing sticks to the bottom of the Pyrex. Final cost in 7.5 cents a sheet, half the cost of a roll parchment that does not lay flat. The paper is rather thin, but it does not tear when I take the food off. Most important is that my wife is happy. How many men can boast of making their wife happy for 7.5 cents a foot?
But I have to say that I don't find them as good as the prior ones with regards to letting oil soak through
the sheet. With the prior parchment sheets I purchased. no oil made it onto the baking sheet. With this sheet, I definitely found that oil soaked through. Certainly not a show stopper but next time I will search to see if I can find the other kind, which were also Chefland.

Small bummer but I'll use them anyway. I measured my pas before purchase.
