I recommend this machine.
12/31/19: I really wanted to like this machine. It came with a capsule holder and 2 cups (only fills to espresso level, longo will overflow).
It brews great, but only 2 pods then it sleeps with the fishes. Like it's overheated and needs a break. It does give off a burning plastic odor.
Manual spoke of an energy saving mode, but none of the instructions worked. One person brewed, then I brewed 1, and was doing a 3rd capsule and mid cup it turned off - coffee was cooling so I had to finish in my Keurig.
Included capsule stand was really a sweet extra, but it's not made well, the capsules drop out. I pinched the sections and it got better but overnight they stretched back out.
When you open the The flap to insert a capsule, it causes the whole machine to lift off the counter. VERY annoying to do it with two hands. Buuuut, it seems to loosen a bit after about 6-8 uses, so it may resolve.
After a while, it randomly comes back on during the day, but coffee time is over by then...
Oh... IT'S LOUD. LOUDER than any coffee machine I've ever had. Very loud.
Overflow tray doesn't allow inserting a larger cup. I brew coffee in my Keurig and then add an espresso shot, you have to remove the whole assembly, including the capsule disposal chute, then put it back each time. I brew in small.cup and dump in larger cup. All the little extra work adds up.
I've tried delongi and nespresso models at double the price. I'm a bit of a glutton for punishment, so I'ma order a replacement. Maybe this is a damaged unit.
I'll update when I get the new one...
