I have been a SUPER FAN of the stripper scent for over 3 years. My wife loves it, our house always smells good. Chemical Guys evidently changed the formula. (SEE THE PHOTOS I ATTACHED TO THIS REVIEW). Don’t waste your money. NEW MARCH 2018 FORMULA Scent only lasts for about 15 minutes once sprayed. This gallon refill was noticeably lighter in color and smell. It appears their new formula is watered down and lighter color. After spraying we notice the smell disappears within 15 minutes. Their old more concentrated formula lasted for a few days. Something is not right here ... if I am
Contacted and compensated with an original formula I’ll change my rating.
VERY DISAPPOINTED

* Just a word of warning ... this is not at all like the original “chemical guys” Stripper scent of 2016.... this newly purchased (2018) version is Deluted and as such, smells much much much less....

I will not be purchasing this again unless chemical guys return to the darker more concentrated ORIGINAL scent....

Warning for rideshare drivers: This product is utterly unusable except for very short runs.

Rideshare drivers be warned: This car scent was once a home run for Chemical Guys but now is utterly unusable, lasts ninety minutes at best, typically sixty minutes with a cabin temperature of 74F.

Long version: I have used this product over the last year and a half while being a driver for a popular rideshare company. As a rideshare driver I can safely say that although this does not smell like actual strippers, the marketing is a fun take and the scent was actually quite good. For those wondering, I've taxied a few strippers home and they do not have an actual "smell" to them as far as I could tell, maybe a little post workout sweat mixed with faint cigar smoke perhaps. They could have marketed this as something random like "scent #502" and it probably would have sold just as well.

I've had many passengers ask me what this product was and I'm fairly confident I was responsible for more than a few sales of this particular freshener. And yes, it once was that good. But now, as the previous reviewer noted, Chemical Guys have radically diluted this to the point where it lasts, at best, ninety minutes, more realistically an hour. When I re stocked this about a month ago, I ended up having to pull over about every hour and re-spray the backseats which forced me to basically burn through a 16 oz bottle and even then I would have to wait until it dried in between pings.

For the average person, this is as well unusable. If you spray your car liberally with Stripper Scent 2.0 and go out, by the time you come back to your car, it will be gone or very close to absent.

For Chemical Guys: You had a hit product, took your dilution a bridge too far, rendering Stripper Scent as one of your huge failures, and that's a shame. Without a radical re-formulation, this product is doomed to fail, I am afraid. My riders and myself enjoyed this product until now, so thank you for at least formulating an amazing and effective freshener, now lost to time.

Quality Control needs to be checked up on here. I have bought this in the past and loved how long it lasted and and the fragrance is weak. Come on guys what are ya'll doing? I should have read the recent reviews I guess. I sprayed the carpet with about 4 sprays. 30 minutes later i hopped back in the truck and couldn't smell the fragrance. Love the scent but its weak weak weak.

Smells exactly like my Glade Cashmere Woods bathroom spay only it doesn't last nearly as long. Seriously, 4 pumps into a full size, extended cab, non smoker, pickup truck, shut the doors, came back an hour later and couldn't smell it at all. How much do I need to use?

Update! Need to caution everyone that this product does leave an oiliness behind on carpet and fabric. If you have light colored carpet the oil left behind will attract dirt. I spray it on a sponge and put it under the seat. The best use for it so far is my home air conditioner. I spray a new filter down with it and my whole house smells awesome! My wife likes the smell too. Just be cautious on what you spray it on because of the oil. Still 5 stars because my house smells so good.

I’ve always had a signature scent with my cologne and my car fragrance. I just found my new signature car fragrance! So what does it smell like? It’s a subtle warm vanilla scent. Not spicy. Not overpowering. Not too girly either. I sprayed a few times on the driver and passenger floorboards this afternoon when it arrived. Tonight I went out to my car and opened the door to a nice inviting scent that’s not overwhelming. Plenty of other places to use this product. I think I’ll be buying it by the gallon.

Smell is a subjective thing, with that said here's my $0.02. Its smells great, people might me wondering what it smells like and many of you probably know this used to be called their "stripper scent". it smells like perfume. Its a nice smell and I probably like this the most out of all their air refreshers. However, the smells goes away in a week. I don't have a garage and maybe the sun exposure does something to the smell. But I generally like it and will keep spraying once a week.

I rated this product 5 stars, because it is exactly what it says. Spray it, close your eyes, and it'll bring you right back to that night you spent $500 you shouldn't have. The scent is strong, and lasts long, and the 16oz bottle will last you forever. Two sprays goes a very long way.

However, now imagine your at dinner, and the lady behind you took a shower in her perfume before she left the house. Her smell is now intoxicating you to the point of a headache coming on. That's exactly what the smell is. Everytime I get in my car I think of the lady at the office with the arrogant perfume Smell. I have no idea how to get it out of my, and my girlfriend thinks I have a side chick.
