Cheryl Antier is an American writer living in the south of France. She is the author of the Activist's Guide to Changing the World series of books, as well as a new healthy eating cookbook series following the Mediterranean Diet and eating plan.
She is a former VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) volunteer and leader. As a fundraiser, Cheryl discovered she had a gift for getting In-Kind donations, and says one of her favorite things to do is to ask perfect strangers to donate their time and money to various worthy causes. (And they generally say yes!)
In addition to her varied roles as a writer, professional book ghostwriter, entrepreneur, fundraiser, mentor, and speaker, Cheryl is also passionate about social justice, particularly when it relates to women's and children's issues.
Cheryl currently spends the majority of her time living on the French Riviera with her husband Alain, three kids and two cats, and continues to fulfill her lifelong dream of traveling every chance she gets, where she hones her skills as an amateur photographer.
When she isn't spending time with her family, writing, working with nonprofit organizations or mentoring women business owners, Cheryl teaches English at a local cultural center, is a popular presenter and speaker at online workshops and webinars, and loves discovering new wines - although not necessarily all at the same time.
