We are struggling with back issues and were hoping this DVD will help us maintain good health with less pain. We will share this DVD with the chiropractor to see what he says. I am practicing the techniques and am finding a more comfortable and "grounded" exercise. I am also a runner and am attempting Chi-running. The concepts aren't rocket science and make sense for us, but everyone is a little different. Some people shouldn't even try this without a Doctor's consent. Nevertheless, it is worth reviewing for yourself because I'm convinced you will glean something beneficial from the DVD.
