I love this cooking pan! Perfect for roasting vegetables, baking cookies, making sheet cakes, etc.The reason for four stars is that Chicago Metallic thought it would be a good idea to imprint their name on the sheet - it is NOT!These are hand wash only! Getting the imprint cleaned without scrubbing can be a real bother.Let me reiterate- HAND WASH ONLY! My sweet husband, despite my telling him it is only to be washed by hand, decided it would be easier to run through the dishwasher. Well, yes, definitely easier, but that ruins the finish.We now have a typical aluminum pan (washed in the dishwasher with harsher chemicals) that leaves your fingers coated in a dark gray sparkly powder.I am ordering two more - just in case he forgets again. :)

The reason for four stars is that Chicago Metallic thought it would be a good idea to imprint their name on the sheet - it is NOT!
These are hand wash only! Getting the imprint cleaned without scrubbing can be a real bother.
Let me reiterate- HAND WASH ONLY! My sweet husband, despite my telling him it is only to be washed by hand, decided it would be easier to run through the dishwasher. Well, yes, definitely easier, but that ruins the finish.

Hold Up Well to Almost Daily Use

I purchased these to use with my [[ASIN:B00XSSG6PO Hamilton Beach Countertop Oven]]. I wanted to be able to continue baking and cooking when it was hot or when I didn't want to use the large oven. At 13" x 9 1/2" x 1 1/8", they are a perfect size to bake and cook in the toaster oven. For baking, I use with parchment paper, so clean-up is quick and easy. I've found that I get even baking with these baking sheets. For cooking, I don't line them. Unless I'm cooking with something really sticky, the pans are easy to clean up. If I cook something sticky (think honey chicken or bbq), a little soak and a good scrub cleans them up nicely. I wash them both by hand and in the dish washer with no issues. I used these almost daily for a little over a month, and other than having a more dull finish, they look great.
