These are great I couldn’t wait to receive them in the mail! They are super easy to install. I will say they didn’t tell you what size hole to drill in to your wall I went with 1/4 inch. The plastic spacers fit in well and tight. Then the hardware into that finally they screwed in. Great design! I think they are they are design to be used this a rope pull back, that aid they work all on their own.

This is a review of the CHICTIE 2 Pack Round Medallion Holdbacks Drapery Metal Wall Hooks purchased June 2021 for $17.99.
Arrived in a box with Chinese and no English instructions. Surprised that none of the other reviews mention how difficult these holdbacks are to install. The holdbacks are attached to the wall with a single, double-ended screw. One side screws into a drywall anchor in the wall, and the other side has a threaded bolt where the holdback screws into. The drywall anchor that's included with the holdback is completely useless, and I ended up using one of my own drywall anchors. Tip: once the drywall anchor is in the wall, thread the screw into the Holdback and then screw the two into the drywall anchor.
Once installed they do look nice but upon closer examination, the weight and finish of the holdback is not substantial or polished. Expected more for the $18 price tag.

My living room has two huge windows out the back that get lovely light during the day. There are shades installed for privacy in the evening but the windows always look so bare. I wanted to keep it simple and decided to go with window scarves instead of bulky draperies and traditional rods. I had decided to try these holdbacks and see if they would work how I wanted them to. They were absolutely perfect and the fabric draped over them nicely. I wish they made a larger size. I do like that I easily found some plain ones (instead of ornate traditional drapery sconces.) Installation was incredibly easy and FAST.
