Wow! These are amazing. They have a ton of flavor and heat, I cannot believe the other dried chilies I have been eating are the same as these. Word of caution if you have been using old dried arbols from the store: these will be much hotter. These are a little bit too hot for the dish I typically use arbols for, so I like grinding these up just before using as ground dried red pepper
