It isn't normal to fit into your high school clothes at 50 or 60, so why waste time longing for what was? Claflin delivers a fun and easy read that offers women a reason to EMBRACE who they are - no matter their size or age.
Read through your laughter, and you’ll find this to be the guide to being a badass, make-no-excuses, confident woman! Love her attitude and fun writing style. It won't disappoint! Tara Reed, Caregiver Coach, pivottohappy.com
She gets her revenge when Hubs starts to understand what women go through clothes shopping. She sums up the chapter, “Fat pants. Apparently they’re not just for women anymore.” I loved her use of cute quotes like, “Today is Valentine’s Day. Or, as men like to call it, Extortion Day.” She guides the Hubs through a list of bad Valentine’s Day gift idea, just in case. Hint: Women hate gag gifts. And never, ever, ever get your gal a personalized star on the Internet registry.
I read an ARC of Chin Hairs & Back Fat. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys poking fun at life, or simply likes a good, clean laugh.
