These work amazing for sore throat and for mouth pain like canker sores etc.... I'm not sure about reviews saying it's a dangerous product and talk to your dr before you use them. Don't listen to those people. There is only 2 from what I seen that said they were dangerous. They probably think halls menthol drops are dangerous too. It's stupid really. Yes this product has benzocaine in it. That's the same thing that's in orajel for toothaches. Yes there is a warning about a condition that benzocaine can cause but it is very rare. You should read the box and definitely not take it of you are allergic to any kind of numbing products like novacaine, benzocaine etc.... But that's just common sense. Something alot of people don't have these days hence why this product was given 1 star because"it's dangerous" smh. Just because someone had an alargic reaction to something doesn't mean it's a bad product. That's like me buying the wrong color paint fory house and then giving a bad review because I was an idiot and paint the house the wrong color. Sooooo.......if you aren't allergic to the ingredients in this product and you have mouth pain, gum pain or sore throat and you want Instant pain relief I would definitely recommend this product. It will numb your mouth and throat and give you relief.

I ordered the same product on 4 January 2021, but it was very different. I wrote and posted customer review and discarded the product. Not learning my lesson, I ordered it again on 11 March 2021. This time I threw it away again. I do not know where and how to find the original one. And I did not expect Amazon to sell fake product..

I bought these to soothe my sore mouth. I get mouth ulcers the day after I eat something with wheat in it and they can get very painful. These really help to cool my mouth and alleviate the pain.
However, they taste terribly medicinal. I tasted very little cherry flavor. They also have a soft, gooey center that's a bit odd. Also, the relief lasts only about an hour but these are the best thing I've found for mouth pain.

Gets rid of scratchy, hurting throat from a cold or/and allergies. If it doesn't I know I need to see my health provider. I use Chloraseptic Max Strength Lozenges, Wild Berries, 15 count at first sign of pain or/or irritation. 99% of the time it takes care of me and I can get on with my life. Best price is either on Amazon where I find my best deal buying 3 or more (or my local Wal-Mart). Plus using my Prime for free shipping means I don't have to walk into the store wearing my mask which I will because you can't always count on others to wear their mask.
TIP on masks: Make sure the mask is tight to your skin and you fit the small metal bar to the bridge of your nose and place glasses (if needed) on top. Loose masks let viruses and bacteria enter into your mouth and nose.

Whenever there is a change if season my throat will get bad from allergies. One of the symptoms is a continuous cough. I felt a little embarrassed by couging in meetings especially during COVID. When it happens, I will eat one of these and it help calming my throat. I have to constantly put one of these in my throat to keep my throat down. The problem is the favor. The honey one is good, this one tastes like cough drops. Since I need to have it for prolonged period of time, I wish the favor is better.
