It's... fine.
It's fine. No one hated it. And it was nice to have the experience of this new kind of chocolate, and I wouldn't say no to it if someone served me something adequate with it, but I wouldn't go out of my way to find it in the future. It's kind of like a fruity, white chocolate.

I found out about Ruby Chocolate when I went to the Laima Chocolate Museum in Riga, Latvia. When I got home I knew I had to try it. Luckily I found it on Amazon for a decent price. I didn't get the "passion fruit" flavor, but this definitely tasted a little fruity. I thought it would be closer to white chocolate, but it is it's own thing. If it was cheaper I would buy more.

The first time I tried Ruby chocolate was overseas. I’m not a big chocolate fan, but love this. I wish I could find Ruby chocolate everywhere

I love the flavor of this ruby chocolate! I would describe it as similar to white chocolate with a hint of berry. It actually reminds me a little of Raspberry filled white chocolate that I have had before. The flavor is really great. I would definitely eat it again. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I think the price is high. The bar arrived with a cold pack that wasn't even cold anymore, and the bar was broken when I opened it. The chocolate itself is really good but there were problems with shipping and packaging, and for as much as it costs I would expect it to be treated more carefully.

A few years ago I read about "ruby" chocolate, and how it was a new type of chocolate. Finally I've had the chance to try it, and it's quite unique! The flavor is like a mild strawberry-cranberry with a hint of orange, and is closest to a milk chocolate of all the "regular" chocolates, while still being its own flavor. It's aromatic, almost like a flower, but milder. The color of the chocolate itself is light pink.

My favorite chocolate is still milk chocolate, however this was still worth trying, and it's nice to get something different every once in a while. If you like interesting flavors of chocolate, this is worth trying!

I was so excited to try Ruby chocolate. Only it is a bizarre mix of flavours, tasting more like white "chocolate" than anything else. It's sweet and smooth but doesn't hit that CHOCOLATE note I want. That is to say, I ate it and my brain registered "candy" and/or "sweets" but not chocolate.

Don’t buy this if you live where it’s warm! The seller did not package it in a solar proof bag and the bar was completely melted when it reached me. I work from home & got the package right away and it was still unrecognizable. Anyway the flavor was just okay. Much too sweet for me. Has a fruity flavor but very sweet. The color is pretty though. Won’t get it again. My daughter ate it after we had to refrigerate it to get it solidified again, though doing that adhered it to the wrapper. I definitely couldn’t use it for decorating after the condition it arrived in. Very disappointing.
