First of all it's funny...which is quite rare to find a business book that makes you laugh. This one does it throughout the book.
Second it not only tells you about 10 different content marketing techniques but explains why each is important, what the estimated ROI for each technique is and how to sell it to your customers. It even gives suggestions on what to add to your website to promote each content marketing service.
Third it solves the biggest challenge in offering these services is what if you don't have the time or talent to do it yourself. She is all about outsourcing each of the services so you can focus on nurturing clients and not nitty gritty writing details.
She gives you the whole system turnkey for promoting content marketing services to your customers.
I highly recommend it to anyone offering content marketing or wanting to offer these services in the future.
We all know content is king, but Susan breaks that down into the various pieces and parts. She focuses on 10 different marketing techniques, expounds on why each is important, how it effects the bottom line, and MOST importantly...how to parlay that to your customers in a way that makes sense to them.
This is a fantastic read for anyone, but an essential read if you are a local marketer or small business owner.
