Reviewing this trilogy was very difficult. There were times when I felt it was a 2 star and other times when it was a 5 star. It was a real rollercoaster ride. There was a hint of "Fifty Shades of Grey" here, but not the same unfolding, deep love story. Don't get me wrong though. This still is a love story.

Usually, likeable characters make a story, but here that was not always the case. Daniel appeared to be so mean and cold towards Bethany at times that I wished someone would just shake her and tell her to get away from this ass. I didn't like that he seemed to trust others quicker than he trusted Bethany. However, he wasn't always like that and, therein lies my conflict in rating this.

There are so many ups and downs, and this is what makes you want to keep reading on WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. Usually I find myself rooting for the H and h to get to their HEA. Not so much here. Daniel's behavior at times was so frustrating and Bethany had had so much sadness in her life already, I just wanted her to be happy and wasn't sure that was ever going to happen for her with him. Through the author's writing, however, I could feel the addiction and love Bethany felt towards Daniel.

The best way to describe this trilogy is that it is addictive, sensual, and so very hard to put down. You will wonder right up to the near end how everything will turn out and no, I will not give any spoilers here. It's worth the read to find out, especially if the boxed set is still available for $0.99.

First of all, you must read the trilogy! This way there is no waiting around to see what happens next and trust me, you will want to keep on reading.
I must say that I have not slept much this week. I am in several different groups that read a great deal and this trilogy came highly recommended and let me just say it was a brilliant read and Dee Palmer did not disappoint.

I do not want to spoil anything but you have a cast of characters so well developed that each one could clearly have their own story. Bethany and Daniel are the main characters. Bethany has not had an easy life and when she meets Daniel Stone her life will forever be changed, and it won't all be better......well...you will see.

These books are engaging and intriguing from the moment you begin. It is an emotional roller coaster ride filled with twists and turns that will make you want to throw your kindle at the wall - which I almost did a few times. It has romance and HOT HOT HOT sex scenes and suspense, crazy people and family that is loving and family that is crazy. And drama, OMG!!!!....Oh, and did I mentioned great sex scenes????

My only complaint is that once I reached the epilogue I did not want this to end. I wanted to read more and more about this couple once they finally got to their HEA......but trust me....you will just keep reading because you wont think they will ever get there! Yes, there is plenty of suspense and Ms. Palmer keeps you on the edge of your seat.

These books are a little Christian Grey, Jesse Ward, Miller Hart, and Professor Gabriel Emerson. I would say Daniel Stone is in very good company. Pick up the Choices Trilogy today!

Well done Dee Palmer. I will read anything you write. This trilogy was very well worth the time investment!
You have a new fan.

This was a most enjoyable read. Because of the continuation of the stories over several books, it was good to be able to read straight through to the excellent conclusion. The only complaint I would have is that I would have liked to have had the novella (#1.5) physically placed between books 1 and 2. Reading it after finishing the basic books, it was almost (but not quite) boring to go back over ground already covered with extra details. This did not detract from my overall enjoyment, however.

Daniel Stone just gets better and better in this box set with the recent addition of the novella. The novella is told mostly from Daniel's point of view, which contributes tremendously. Daniel's intensity knows no bounds! The trilogy doesn't disappoint. Daniel Stone gives Christian Grey and Gideon Cross a run for their money. Need a new book boyfriend, this is where to get started. Need a series to take your breath away, this box set is set to do that with.

Dee is a new new author for me and I enjoyed reading this trilogy with the bonus novella. I loved the storyline and the initial development of the plot. Bethany has had to deal with so much in her life in the 20 years she has been alive. Abandoned by her father, sister, sickness of her mother and the death of her first love and best friend.

She has developed a wonderful relationship with her university BF, her brother and their family. They are her support and protection and I love them. Enter in Daniel Stone, CEO, sexy bachelor and things drastically change for Bets. The only complaint I honestly have with their connection in the series is that this entire relationship was built on lust. I get that all relationships begin that way, but I would have loved to have had more relationship building, sharing to fall into that love phase. The lines were blurred for me.

I understand his dominant personality and when some things were revealed to Bethany at the club, I was left thinking, "Huh, if he's this cold, why is she different that he wants a relationship with her and falls in love? And yet he flips this switch when they have a problem and becomes stone cold." I also struggled with his ability to be stupid when her sister tries to manipulate him. I mean, he's a highly intelligent man who should clearly have a skeptical mind when it comes to a woman's intentions toward him AND the way he treated Bethany when her sister entered her life again implied that he had this wonderful family life and yet, his relationship with his mother didn't tell that at all.

Don't even get me started on Angel. Dee did a wonderful job developing her as a villain and bitch, BUT I don't understand 1. How stupid Daniel was to make a life altering decision without talking to Bethany, 2.
