This is a 50/50 blend of avocado and olive oils. I love the glass bottle (I am trying to avoid as much plastic as possible). It is a tasty blend - super mild and better smoke level than just straight olive oil. Healthy choice. I wish I could buy this locally, but so far this is the best way for me to buy it. I bought this Avocado-Olive Oil blend to replace the bottle at my mother's house. I love this perfectly blended oil because it has all the pluses and none of the minuses of 100% olive or 100% avocado oil. The avocado oil gives this oil a higher burn temperature and the olive oil gives this blend a more radiant taste. Just a wonderful combination.

I like this oil a lot for cooking, as I don't love the flavor of avocado oil as much by itself, but I do like it better blended with olive oil since I do like the flavor of olive oil. The olive oil flavor is light but it comes across more than the avocado in this oil blend, so I was happy with the flavor. I assume that because avocado oil has a higher smoke point than olive oil, you would be able to use the blend for slightly higher heat cooking that just olive oil alone. I have bought the chosen foods brand before in stores and have always been happy with it.
