The subject of this book is Christianity as it is revealed in the written scriptures, which we call the Bible. It does not address man's traditions or the various versions of the “Christian Faith” that one can study. It is an exposition of written scripture where all the essentials of the faith are found. The fundamental interpretive tool used in this work is cultural anthropology. That is, what did the original audience understand from the reading of scripture. Christian Essentials Volume I is an overview of the entire narrative of the bible from the original Paradise to the final Paradise. The narrative introduces the Hebrew messiah, who he is, why he is needed and what he accomplished. The end of the narrative, the book of Revelation, is discussed in a fresh light as a series of dioramas. This discussion will dispel many clouds of confusion which have obscured this subject for centuries. Much of what is in this book may seem unfamiliar or even foreign to many readers, but it is all biblical. Give yourself plenty of time to read and digest what you read here. Its a journey well worth travelling.

There is so much religion in Christianity, so much religious theology that cannot be harmonized with the scriptures. A survival guide is really needed in a quest to separate truth from error, especially for those of us who sit in the pews! Today there is much interest in the "end times" and Revelation. This book, "Christian Essentials" has what I consider to be The Best overview of Revelation. The clarity it provides is breath-taking! If you desire clarity on this subject and others dealing with our walk with God, then this book can help fulfill that desire.
