Although Alec & Skye have always been adversaries, Alec is obliged to go to Skye's Jewelry Show in NYC. Richard, Skye's fiancé also shows up & during an argument, Skye is hurt. Richard leaves her injured & Alec steps in to take care of her. Their relationship progresses into love.
Sarah Morgan is a talented writer who really takes this story to a satisfying level. Christmas is a true part of this story, which is nice. I really enjoyed it.
And LOVED this book......all the characters were well thought of and beautifully written.....
The end of the book could have used an epilogue.....but this series was near-perfection!
