This book was a delight. I finished it over two evenings and I am overwhelmed at the rich selection of short stories and characters. Heartfelt Christmas stories of lost and discovered love, fantasy tales that make you see the holiday through fresh eyes, and even a little suspense and danger thrown in for good measure. I'll be watching this talented group of writers for more material in the future and I'm already looking forward to Christmas Lites IV!

Refreshing blend of multiple tales and genres

It’s sold to aid those in need, and it’s read to fill that Christmas need for mystery, intrigue, happiness, joy and more. Each story becomes a new favorite, each fresh and different, happily ringing the changes of genre, style and voice, and each enjoyably seasonal. Sweet romance, tingling scares, frozen stares, and a hilarious Christmas pudding all play their part. Emotions leap and dance like Christmas lights in a raging wind, and the whole is a truly entrancing collection of tales, something for everyone, Christmas for all, and all the happy surprises of well-wrapped gifts under the tree—except these gifts are under the covers of a book. Add the fact that they’re really well written and well edited and you’ll know why I recommend this collection.

Great read & all for charity

For the third year in a row, a group of authors have banded together to create an anthology of Christmas-related shorts stories. All the proceeds go to support a charity helping victims of domestic violence. The stories themselves range from classic Santa and elves to zombies and ghosts, sweet romance to nail-biting horror. Definitely worth reading!
