This is a set of six guitar tuners/machine heads, complete with mounting screws (12) and press-fit chromed plastic bushings (6). There are 3 tuners meant for the left side of the headstock, and 3 meant for the right side - if you need all of them to be on one side of the headstock (called 6-in-a-line), this is not the set for you! These tuners can be used for repair work, new instrument building, and are especially good for Cigar Box Guitars! Please note that it is important to mount these on the correct side of the headstock, otherwise the gears may slip. Always make sure the brass gear is aligned towards the body of the instrument, and not the top of the headstock, and you'll know you have them on the correct side! **** Please Note note that the exact color of the pearloid buttons may vary from batch to batch (but never within a single packaged set) from light gray to white.

That being said, these were a perfect fit for what I needed. They seem to be of decent quality, and have been holding tuning well, even under stress of a capo. The bushings that came with them are cheap, so I used the bushings that were already in the headstock and that worked out just fine.
If you are looking to get your old guitar playable again, these seem to be the way to go. Definitly not the most beautiful set, or the MOST sturdy, but they do the job.
P.S. They look nice too!
