You might be a nerdy wallflower, but you're about to become the coolest cat out there. Chrysler Classic Racing is set in America during the car-crazed era of the1950s and 1960s, and you're on a mission to become the "King of Cool" by redefining not only your own style, but creating the hippest racing vehicle on the road. With just enough dough in your pocket to buy an entry-level Chrysler, take part in "after-hours" races. Win some cash and buy new cars, better engines, sweet decals, or faster tires. Or make yourself look cooler with a sleek new haircut, more fashionable threads, and swankier sunglasses. If your car looks hot and your style is slick, you could just become the "King of Cool."

You also get little boring birds eye bonus games to play where you have to collect a certain amount of things to win over a girl, which was really a drag to play as you just get tired of these and want to skip them. Eventually you get called up to become a member of "The Kings" and then get promoted through the group till you become the leader and then defend your title.
The game gets a lot better as you upgrade your car, but the thing that really bothers me is the top car costs $10,000 and by the time you reach that amount or come close to it, the game will be completed. There is no point buying the Plymouth when you can not race it due to once you have completed the game, you no longer get to continue. All you can do is re-race previous tracks to beat your lap times... you no longer get the icons on the track for money, points, unlockable's etc... so what is the point of a car you can not even use to compete with? Basically, whatever car you start with, you have little chance of buying a new one during your run, unless there may be codes somewhere for maximum money?
Unfortunately this is one of those games that once you completed it (and it does not take very long, maybe took me an hour or 2) there is no replay value to make you want to do it all over again. The lack of options really bring this game down, as there is only the main challenge, and a re-race to go for a better lap time. That is it, there is nothing else to choose from.
The unlockables are a joke. You would expect maybe to unlock options like max money, infinite nitro, no car damage... instead what they are, are just 6 or 8 boring pictures of Chrysler's in all there pixelated glory.
Overall, i'd give the game 3 stars for fun, but once you have completed the game, it gets a big fat 0 for replay value and lack of options to keep you interested.
