It was waterproof, stainless steel... small and elongated with a keyring. And SPECIFICALLY stated it was for nitroglycerin tablets. AND... MADE IN THE USA.     I wanted titanium because it would cut a little weight; stainless is non reactive too, but a bit heavier. No aluminum was in my mind; seems to me that nitroglycerin pills could react with that. When I got my order (and it arrived quickly, thanks Cielo), I was pleased to see that it would hold more pills than I imagined! Nitroglycerin pills are very small, and I don't intend to carry more than one day's dose, but there is plenty of room for that and even a little bit of clean cotton to cushion the pills. So I will feel confident carrying this on a keychain, where it will be taking impacts constantly. The threads on lid and case are extra brawny, and are finished so that no sharp edges exist. Even the little attachment ring is a better-than-average quality, not a cheapie that will bend and twist apart. And the outside finish on this pill holder is so nice, again without sharp edges, that I can definitely wear this on a good neck chain without snagging clothing or poking my skin. I think the price is well worth it for an item that will last for a long time in daily carry.

    Thanks to a very quick reply from the seller confirming that this fob is indeed made from 100% titanium, I went ahead with the purchase. It arrived quickly and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Here’s what I love about this fob: 1) It is uber tiny - it holds exactly seven 0.4mg round nitro pills. 2) It’s made from 100% titanium, which means it’s super light-weight, strong and won’t corrode from skin sweat, oils, etc. 3) It has a rubber o-ring, which not only seals out moisture but keeps the cap secure. 4) It’s titanium, so it’s durable enough to last a lifetime. You can spend way less for cheaper fobs, but you’ll be replacing them over the years. 5) It looks cool! 6) The box it comes in contains a message from the owner that will touch your heart. I’m glad to support a company like this.

    Here’s what I don’t like about this fob: absolutely nothing.

    When filling the fob, I found it useful to have a small flashlight handy to look down into the barrel in order to ensure that the tiny pills were stacking horizontally. If I found one standing on end, a quick tap is all it took to seat it properly. Using this method I was able to fit seven pills inside, and once the cap was screwed on there was little to no movement of the pills, which means they should last pretty long without turning into powder.

    Eleven Month Update:
    I am still just as happy with this product nearly a year later. I have this fob hanging off of a belt loop every day and needless to say it gets banged up quite a bit. Despite this, there is not a scratch on it, and whenever I've replaced the nitro pills (approximately every 3-4 months, to make sure they're always fresh), not a single pill has disintegrated. This has been a fantastic purchase and the peace of mind knowing that my nitro pills will be in good shape should I ever have the need to use them is priceless.

    FIVE YEAR UPDATE (2023): Every single day, for the last five years, this fob has been hanging from my belt loop, carrying seven nitro pills. I make sure to put fresh pills in every four months. To this date, there is not a scratch on the thing and it has never leaked. After five years of battering, the thing still looks as new as the day I purchased it. I cannot recommend any other product that I have ever purchased as much as I can for this. It's truly worth every penny that I spent!

    High quality item in stainless steel with rubber O-ring seal. Easily holds 4 x Boots 300mg standard aspirins. Will not hold Boots 300mg dispersible aspirins which are larger in diameter. Can be comfortably worn on a 24" stainless steel necklace (such as Bling Jewelry Stainless Steel Round Rolo Chain Necklace Unisex 3mm) which would have to be purchased separately from another supplier. As far as I am aware Cielo don't do necklaces. Many people may not be aware that chewing and swallowing at least one 300mg aspirin in event of a suspected heart attack can literally be a life-saver hence not a bad idea to carry 24/7 if you are over 35 and any family history of this. Pill holder on a necklace probably the best way of ensuring that aspirin is available 24/7.

    I was looking for a hospital-grade(safe) pill Fob, that I can carry with myself so I don't forget taking my medication or I am not without Advil when needed. This is a good quality little heavy pill holder. The lid closes so tight so make it waterproof. and the medication does not smell like metal when you take it. I only wished it would come with a better quality ring, I had to change the ring myself as it loses it shapes after a few tries. I did not remove any star as I only was expecting a good quality sturdy pill holder which it is.
