About the Author
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: Thinking outside the box is a metaphor that means to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective. Christine Hart combines an addiction to writing, romance, and ‘outside the box’ thinking, with a love of playing with words. She enjoys creating quirky, slightly neurotic characters that aren’t perfect as they deal with their lives and the world around them. Even so, they always find love, and hopefully...leave the reader with an unexpected smile. She reads whenever she isn’t writing, and loves to cook and argue with her cat. The cat usually wins. Christine currently resides in California and even when life interrupts - which it often does - has made it a rule to write every day...even if its only one sentence.

This is a heartbreaking story of how love and loss effect those left behind. With secrets revealed the aftermath is catastrophic for Davis. His life is just there, existing. After learning the truth and loosing his world, he lived his own guilt everyday. The burden of guilt eats away at his soul, never allowing his heart to see even a glimpse of light.
With the mundane of his routine, he gets a sliver of light just slightly showing itself. Reaching a point where he needs to start living again or just do what he's been doing for the last two years. Davis is now on a path that will try his patience, his dominance and his control. Watching the transformation of Davis from a sexy dominant, a grief stricken man, to seeing the reason to live again.
Christine has a passion for the written word and shows her talent with every page. Dealing with love, loss, lies, regret and guilt is a reality everyone faces, but being able to write them into a story that has you crying, laughing and hopeful. A great talent for pushing the reader to open themselves to feel the real emotions along with all the characters.
I wanted to keep reading it was such a good story.
