Haven’t used them yet but they seem like thick metal and a hard smooth coating so they should work fine.

The issue was shipping. I bought two. Whoever picked them just nested them together where they could rub against each other and grind in dust all the way here. One looks pristine on the baking surface but has a scuffed outside. And the other has a scuffed inside. It’s not bad enough to return them especially during the holidays and a pandemic, but still. A little care in packing could have avoided the issue. That’s why I suggest just getting one at a time if you are buying multiple and ordering it with non-abrasive items.

I made a loaf of banana bread and was very pleased to see that the batter could go directly in the pan--no need to grease the pan. The loaf came out of the pan perfectly--no needs to use a knife to loosen the sides. Just turn the pan over and the loaf comes right out. After the loaf was out of the pan there was no bread remaining on the surface so clean up was accomplished in seconds. I'm used to using a pyrex loaf pan, but this worked much better.

I had wanted to get a new loaf pan for a while and finally decided it was time. After scouring Amazon and their many offerings, I decided on this one. It is sturdy, a lovely coppery brown color and cleans easily. The end pieces that you lift it by, cool off quickly outside the oven which is a bonus. If I had to say one thing I am not so happy about this loaf pan, it would be the raised design in the bottom, that leaves a design on your bread. But if that is all I have negative to say......

I’ve used once so far and the zucchini bread cooked in an All American Sun Oven came out of the pan easily and perfectly, just as advertised. Time will tell if the non-stick surface will hold up but so far, I’m very happy. The dark color of the pan is ideal for solar cooking. Would be even better if it had a cover but I was easily able to improvise one.
