I wanted to wait for a bit before reviewing to make sure the coating held up, as I did read a few comments regarding this issue before purchase. I already had one pan from this company and absolutely loved it, so I thought maybe someone got a bad batch. I followed all recommendations heat max, washing etc. I am very disappointed in this product. I absolutely loved it at first. Cooking, surface, non stick, size etc were what i was looking for. It now has been 11 months and the coating is coming off. Now when i wash them the coating washes off, and i get a substance dripping off them. Some areas are rusting especially in the folds of the baking pans under the lips. I was so thrilled at "first" I actually bought another baking dish. I have only had that baking dish for a few months and having the same issue now with that as well. The product was great at first, so if your looking for cookware that last for only a few months its for you. For longevity, not so much. With the coating coming off and the substance also makes me concerned. Has it been coming off since day one, during cooking. I wish it were a better product, I saved to buy the set have waited for years to find the best package. Sadly disappointed.

I have been buying from Amazon since the beginning, and this is my first review. I hope that conveys my enthusiasm.

I would make dutch babies and other earthly delights on traditional bakeware. One of the self-limiting factors of these endeavors was the more-than-likely annoyance and shame associated with part of my recipe adhering to the pan. In addition, scraping stuck pastry from a pan is the dessert equivalent of a hangover.

In other words, these annoyances would need to be forgotten before I could successfully bake again.

Enter Circulon. I decided to do as the manufacturer suggests, and I prepared a dutch baby without the irritating-but-necessary greasing-the-pan-while-piping-hot step. Instead, I was able to just add the batter directly and then I put the pan back into the oven. Twenty minutes later, upon removing the finished dutch baby from the oven, I was able to simply lift the perfectly-formed treat out of the pan. A single non-adhering crumb was left behind.

If you've ever baked anything and had problems with material sticking to a pan, I can't recommend this enough. I will now be baking far too often, and will probably start suffering from some sort of metabolic disease. Pray for me.

I absolutely love this sad and I have no idea how we cooked without them. That being said, the first time I use the round baking pans I actually dropped one of them has a pulled it out of the oven because it is so nonstick that it's a little slippery. This could probably be avoided if you're hot gloves have some kind of traction on them as minded not as they were just material. So far I've used all of the cookie sheets the baking sheets the load van and the round pans and I love them all and would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat. I really have to go and investigate further into the circulon brand as it looks like they might have some pretty good stuff in the works. I would highly recommend these

I do not know that I will ever buy another brand of bakeware after using Circulon in my new apartment. The quality of the pots & pans is amazing, and the seller completed and shipped my order as promised.

I love, love, love this brand of cook and bakeware. It is incredibly forgiving to messy and heavy use, mishandling, and dishwashers. Of course, the manuf recommends hand washing but also claims to be dishwasher safe; I can attest that this is 100% true. A snap to clean by hand, but completely dishwasher safe. Hefty, but easy to use, with an eye and food-pleasing design.

All I can say is that I love these. I was a little put off with the indented design on the bottom of the sheets, but it seems to not matter at all. Clean up is a breeze and everything seems to bake evenly. I've purchased bakeware primarily from grocery store aisles and this is far and away the very best bakeware I've ever used or owned.
