I should note that I am not much of a cook, and rarely bake. But my daughter begged me to make cookies this Christmas season so I ordered two of these pans (along with a lot of other baking supplies - like I said, I don't really do this). I was very happy to find that even a non-baker like me can make some very good cookies with these. Our sugar cookies were a golden brown on the bottom and light and fluffy, but cooked through, on the first try! No greasing necessary, and cleanup was a snap (the pans are dishwasher safe, which is great, but they barely needed any washing anyway since the cookies came off so clean). Would recommend, especially for non-bakers like me!

This is a brand that’s surprised us. I’ve been overspending for years, going to the fancy kitchen shops and dropping way too much money. Then, a few months in - the bakeware is stained, tarnished and looks horrible. Worse, nothing comes out the way I expect. So, it’s expensive frustration and disappointing bakes.

I bought a set about six months ago with points, and we were surprised. Everything has turned out very well, doesn’t stick. It’s a heavy dark metal so you have to adjust your bake time by 10 to 15 minutes.

What I really like is nothing sticks. I’m not using sprays, crisco, or anything. I tend to stick with parchment paper - but still. Nothing sticks. Clean up is easy, and the pans are completely, consistently level.

So often I get these cheap cookie sheets that warp in the oven, can't be washed in a dishwasher or have the non-stick coating flake off leaving a rusty surface behind. These Circulon baking sheets are so top quality, it's just hard to imagine. Not stick. Thick and sturdy. No warping. Machine washable. This is now the second one I've bought. I will probably never need another baking sheet again in my life. I've seen some reviews complaining of warping and losing the finish in the washer and I've experienced NONE of this and have so far used these sheets at least a dozen times. I have to wonder if there's a Chinese knock off selling via third party seller trying to take advantage of people because these Circulon pans are GREAT!

Non-stick washes off and then pans are useless

I read another review indicating that after putting these in the dishwasher they stop being non-stick... and I can now attest that that happened to two of these pans in the last 6 months or so. The photo included is after roasting cauliflower — something that should be fine to do and the pan is completely ruined. There is no way to get the burned on stuff off.

If you are only using these for cookies, maybe they would be fine... but if you want to use these for all sorts of cooking and wash them in the dishwasher like advertised, save your money and look elsewhere.

It is absolutely everything claimed and described. You can tell from the moment you unpack it that it is a winner. The weight and workmanship is excellent. I DO NOT put my bakeware in the dishwasher, but hand washing is a snap. This is a non-stick surface that is true to its claim. While the non-stick finish is metal utensil safe, I do not do any heavy metal utensil use. Any cutting/slicing of food in this pan I use only a standard inner knife, anything requiring a sharp edged knife, I remove from the pan. I highly recommend this line of Circulon bakeware--it is true to its claim. Thank you. NO rust, stick, warp, or hassle.

These pans are absolutely amazing and I love them. They're super high quality, durable, truly completely non-stick, and easy to clean. I bought them for our 8-hour long Christmas cookie palooza and have also used them in general for cooking. The handles are also really nice and are very well designed, it's easy to handle the trays whether it's for cookies or taking a rack of ribs out of the oven. They have not warped, I don't need to spray them, no food or odors stick to them and their no-stick texture works like a charm. I cannot recommend these enough and everyone should have one or two in their kitchen.

Good if you don't burn anything on it

This is a good item and a perfect size. I love Circulon and this has been used for everything from toasting garlic bread to broiling steaks. No matter what we use it for it cleans up with no effort even if things have been burned on it. I did wear the first one out, it still works but has dark spots on it and I replaced it. That would be my only criticism, that it doesn't last as long as I would like. It still works fine and is still non-stick but there are spots on it that I can't get off and enough of them now that I wonder how clean it is. And of course, Circulon anything is expensive. But it works for me and is all I use.

UPDATE 11/24/12: Well, after using this new one for roasting some vegetables, I realized that it actually not good at all if you burn anything on it, even just if the veggies brown and stick. The grooves that work so well for sauces and more liquid things, grab and hold the browned/burned things and while it cleans up easily for stuck unburned things, the burned parts get into the grooves and are really hard to impossible to clean. I even used a scrub brush and couldn't get all the discoloration off, which makes me wonder how clean it really is. I had it at 4 stars but give it 3 stars now, 2 or less if you are roasting things on it.

I bake and cook daily so this gets a ton of use. It never stains or shows any signs of wear or warping or discoloration no matter what I cook/bake at any temperature. It’s pretty much a magical miracle for the price. So glad I went with this one. When they say non-stick and high-quality, non-rest with metal, they aren’t kidding around. This is the one if you’re serious about cooking/baking. Couldn’t love it more.
