Note this product requires registration with Cisco in their OnPlus portal to activate and take advantage of. The Cisco OnPlus agent is a small network appliance that allows a consultant or VAR to manage a small business network remotely. They can remote control machines and devices via a VPN tunnel that's established between the OnPlus agent and Cisco's OnPlus servers as well as update firmware and backup settings on supported Cisco hardware. Network performance, device down, and many other network management options are available and well worth the cost.
