    Using this in my vertical 4U server rack. I love the ability to use the GUI as well as the Cisco iOS CLI. I have been using the the POE to power up an IP Camera I purchased from Reolink. The included rack mounts screw in perfectly flush to the switch.

    Really like... price, features and performance. That being said I'm an IT guy so configuration seemed easy to me right. However, if you not tech savvy this product might be a little intimidating if you are trying to do some advanced features (LACP) If you just need a good POE switch and nothing fancy then it's great for that as well.

    Buyer Beware: Grey Market Product!

    Cisco is NOT HAPPY about servicing, supporting, or warranting these as sold by Rack- IT Solutions. It seems these are re-imported from Asia. Cisco might if you can produce sales receipts lord knows how far into the future, but otherwise you are on your own. Do you care? Up to you. But since the description isn't honest enough to tell you I think you've learned all you need to know about Rack-IT.

    Is there a vendor screening process? Shouldn't this be a disqualifying behavior? Granted some of us won't care about lack of support, but should intentional misrepresentation (and lets face it, you don't "accidentally" import things from china!) be allowed?
