Sorry but this book fell short of what l expected it to be: which is a little autobiography with larger portions dedicated to the stuff we're all here for, which is secret organizations, cities under the plain...etc. Instead, 90% of this book is the author's life story. Though he seems a bit grandiose at times, l do want to say that l like his overall message, his honest-style of writing (though it does require an editor) and how he reaches that conclusion, but that is frankly not why l bought the book; l am seeking to know what he discovered behind the veil, not how he got to the veil.

To the author l would say: you seem like an honest, good man and that is always a good quality in an author, so l wish to be honest and encouraging in your future efforts. But your life story in itself is not a point of interest to most of us who mine this subject matter for gold; the stuff you touch upon your book tangentially is why we come to books like yours in the first place. Your next book (if you so desire to write) should be very distilled information about your foray into "beyond the veil," utilizing the services of an editor. Blessings to you and all who read your work!

This book is an easy read. It presents a chronological story for Steven's life. A lot of background material is covered and it is amazing how much he was able to do in the business world.

I gave four stars because it feels like he left some key information hanging about CIA and the elites. I sensed this because of the great detail about his early life. I can understand that he might feel a little under the microscope by the CIA and he does bring that out in the book.

Over all this is a good book with much material to consider.
