This Citizen is hands down, the best watch that I’ve ever had. Prior to purchase, I was a bit concerned about the Echo Drive holding up. But after about a year of wearing it, it has certainly proven itself. I don’t even think about charging it. It just kinda does it on its own. And to not be worried about getting a battery for it, is a great relief.
Also, this watch has held up quite well. I’ve accidentally bumped it against multiple objects including an iron chair, car door, and so on. And it did not scratch the face,which was a pleasant surprise.
Not to mention, the watch keeps Time more accurately than any other watch I’ve owned. Very accurate and smooth Japan movement. Japan makes nice stuff.
If your thinking about getting this watch, go for it. You will not be disappointed.

The only thing I didn't like was the watch band. The reinforced band holes look odd. Just get a good NATO strap. I would recommend Maratac mil-nato from countycomm.com. They're customer service is great and they ship pretty quick. If you do have any issues they're freaking customer service is on point.
Other than the bad this watch is a great watch that will likely last a long time. I still want a mechanical automatic bu this is a great EDC that you never have to worry about once you set.

This watch is awesome. At it's current price it might not be a great deal. I got an amazon warehouse watch that had no damage and seem to be the real deal and at that price it's freaking awesome. At $200 you might want to look at a automatic watch Hamilton for $200 more or Seiko for $100 less if you don't need the chronograph and are just looking for a great field watch. However, if you need or want it, this watch is fantastic. I've had it for about a week now it's dead on. I haven't lost any time which is typical for a quartz movement. The chronograph was money for some timed experiments I had to complete at work. The lume is great. When I wake up at 0430 I can still see the general time. I wish the digits lit up but other than that it's nice to have a set it and forget it watch that will never die. People have said it's nice but I honestly just got it as an EDC watch. I have medium wrists and I didn't realize how much I hated wearing my gear S3 smart watch until I went back to a dumb watch. This watch is a good upgrade for those who also like the blue Timex Weekender Chronograph. Missing is the Indiglo feature but you do get excellent lume and stainless steel case, and with Eco-Drive you never have to worry about changing batteries. I really like the blue on this watch. It has a nice sunburst effect but is not overdone so that it still fits the field watch style. The red hand adds a cool touch to the monotony of the blue and white dial.
The chronograph give a kind of hollow/tinny sounding click when pressed, so it does feel cheap in that regard.
The strap is so-so. It has big round metallic holes for the buckle to go through. I’ll probably replace it with something else, either a leather and/or nato strap.
