Product description
City Builder combines two classic game mechanics in a fun, bouncy new game where players stack pipes, roads and power lines to form ever-larger cities, moving from one to the next across the planet’s continents. Along the way, they run into a large number of challenges, ranging from clever/pesky Mole-men to the elusive Bigfoot, Aliens, Wandering Hot-Air Balloons, Archaeological Discoveries, Huge Boss Levels and much more.

while the name of the game is city builder, giving you a false sense of nostalgia thinking back to Sim theme park, pharaoh and Cleopatra, it is nothing more that a puzzle game making you link up different pieces more like a spin-off of the bejeweled concept. Was thoroughly disappointed, and shall never again purchase a game without reading more up on it.
Like one of the other reviewers, I'd bought this game thinking it was like Sim City, and its not. City Builder is more of a puzzle game. You use different pieces of road to link the start to the finish, creating a city along the way. Later on, in the game, you even get to go underground, connection pipes, and above ground connecting power lines. If you like puzzle games, this isn't really too bad. I might not enjoy this, but I've got two kids who love it.
Didn't like how you can't just have free play to build a city the way you would like to. Everything is preset to where you have to build what the game requires in each subsection of the level.

My mom got me this game for my birthday and it was kinda fun. Its more of a puzzle game, but I enjoyed playing it and last night I stayed up really late playing because I wanted to finish it. thanks mom!
