Color so dimensional, all they see is you. Nice ‘n Easy Color Blend Foam provides expert highlights and lowlights with perfectly natural-looking color that’s true to you. While hair colorants have traditionally been liquid or crème, foam is a unique form. It’s not a liquid, gas or solid, but it combines the best properties of all three. Nice ‘n Easy Color Blend Foam’s tint and developer are easily mixed and remain in liquid form. Foam is produced when the unique foamer bottle is squeezed. Once a foam, the product keeps from dripping through fingers or from the head for no-mess application. When the foam comes in contact with the hair, it acts more like a liquid, making it easy to spread for 100% gray coverage and amazing tones and highlights.

purchased product before seeing amazon reviews. but i did read reviews on how dye turns hair really dark (i'm asian, dyed my hair super light brown, then bright red, and everything faded into a dull light coppery brown. Dyed hair LorealFeria blk a few times, but that dye never sticks when trying to go dark!) so decided to try this after seeing it on commercial.
Last night, read reviews on here and was kinda put off. But the few girls that said to follow directions to a T said it worked beautifully. So i tried it - if it worked for someone, im down to try it.
#1. Pour contents of bottle #1 into bottle #2, replace with cap top (not pump).
#2. Shake ONLY 3 times (I swished side to side 2 times and one large shake 1 time). The reason this works is because BOTH bottle contents are LIQUIDY, not creamy or thick-which would then need more shakes to uniformly mix the dye.
#3. MOST IMPORTANT (this is what stumped me, until i squeezed my first squeeze), AFTER shaking 3 shakes, let product sit for 1 minute (I walked away for 1-2 minutes). DO NOT LET THE BOTTLE CONTENTS FOOL YOU - IT SHOULD LITERALLY BE LIQUID INSIDE, NOT FOAMY (maybe a slight foam on top from shaking, but other than that- liquid). I read a couple reviews where they said it was liquid inside and wouldn't foam up, so they kept shaking and shaking and constantly shaking. that's prob a mistake. Replace cap with pump cap.
#4. WHEN SQUEEZING, squeeze center of bottle (squeeze while always keep bottle upright) I never picked up the bottle from countertop, simple as that (lined floors and counter with newspaper and left bottle on counter).Read more ›
The process was really easy. I'd only dyed my hair once before and I had two friends helping me to get it done. I did this by myself easily. It takes a few squeezes for the the foam to come out in a regular consistency, but then it comes out fine. It took maybe 15 minutes to get my hair completely done, and I was being very thorough and I have relatively long hair. It really is a no-drip formula, however I did get some on my skin because I wasn't being careful. I just used some nail polish remover and it came off fine. Even my ears are dye-free. If you're worried about getting it on your skin while you wait, the dye is thick/strong/whatever enough that you can use it to pile your hair on top of your head and it will stay (I used a handful of foam to set it in place and it stayed in about the same position for the full 25 minutes).
There is a smell that comes with it but I can't attest to how strong it is. I have a cold at the moment and can barely smell anything.Read more ›
First off, the smell. DISGUSTING. Yeah, hair dye smells but this smells beyond repugnant. You should plan on dying your hair outside.
Secondly, that beautiful white fluffy pouf of mousse you see in the product picture? Forget about it - because what you actually get is a drippy, runny, nasty shaded drivel that squirts out of the bottle and it squirts EVERYWHERE. Be prepared to get this stuff on your skin, your forhead, your scalp, your floor, your sink and don't be surprised if Fido and Fluffy are sporting some nasty dye spots. And you'll know if they are because they will most likely be screaming in agony, because did I mention this stuff BURNS like crazy too.
Lastly, the lovely golden shade the model was sporting on my box?? No where NEAR the shade I was sporting on my poor burned head. My hair was/is BLACK. And dry as straw. This is the worst product ever and should be discontinued. I wouldn't be surprised if I walk into a dollar store in the next few months and find it on a shelf, 2/$1.00.
