This must be one of their discontinued colors as it cannot be found anywhere except for Amazon. This was THE best boxed red dye that could be found. It was rich, deep, vibrant/shiny and always left hair feeling soft. Natural Instincts' other reds do not hold a candle to this one color.

Cherry Creme, Raspberry Creme and Cinnaberry (the other reds) do not take to anything other than almost blonde hair and two out of three are harsh when they do. I'm a home hair-color veteran so heed my advice.
Cherry Creme isn't a true red, it's a brown/auburn. Cinnaberry will tint medium brown hair with a purple and turn blonde hair crimson. Raspberry Creme seems to fall into the same category with a tamer crimson.

Malaysian Cherry was just a stand out color that took to even dark brown hair.

I don't even bother with the reds from this brand anymore. If I want red these days I have to buy Manic Panic.

CLAIROL, PLEASE BRING THIS COLOR TO STORES AGAIN!

This really is a good color for a true deep red. I have never found anything quite like it. The only problem is that it does wash out and leaves behind a somewhat bright red mess.... just need to recolor at that point. Anyway -- wanted to let you ladies know that I just saw this again, Jan 9, 2013 at Walmart of all places. It is in new "Ammonia Free" packaging. The new packaging is on the Natural Instincts website, however color 20R, Malaysian Cherry is not on there as of today. HOWEVER, i saw it in new packaging at Walmart today. The same model pose, just slightly different look to the package. So check at Walmart if you're missing this color. I can't remember the price but it was under 10.00 Cheers.

I LOVE this product!!!
I had chemo and when my hair came back, I noticed my natural red was gone. Chemo had killed the red pigment.
So when I went to the salon to permanently dye my hair, my hair started falling out. Which can sometimes happen when you dye too soon after chemo. The harsh chemical will actually react to the chemo chemicals in your body and you'll end up experiencing hair loss again.

So, I have to stay away from permanent hair dye, I found this and absolutely LOVE the color as well as the softness that the conditioner provides.

Although it washes out with each washing, I'm stocking up on this dye so when it completely fades, I can redo my hair.

Dye your hair while it's damp as it helps. Leave it on about 10-15 minutes and rinse it out. Your hair will end up being pretty dark, almost purple. But as it washes out, it comes out to a gorgeous auburn red.
I am constantly complimented on how my hair looks!

This color comes out a very, very dark almost black cherry. It highlighted well with my previous color which was a reddish brown or dark auburn. Apply to wet hair which makes it much easier to work with. I recommend you leave ON the conditioner as I have found my hair has become very dry since I've started coloring. This has made a big difference in the look and feel. Lots of compliments on this color from both men and women. If you like reds, this a good one to try.

There are lots of rumors that this color is discontinued. I called Clairol, and I was told that it is still part of their line. It is just hard to find. Walmart and Target stopped carrying it in my area. I use this product to refresh my salon color and cover my roots in between salon visits. It saves me money, and I have gotten numerous compliments on my color after I use it. It is messy because it is a liquid, but there are no other semi-permanent box colors that are close to this color. It is even prettier than the sample swatches.
