lol, so you decided to make another thread after Amazon deleted your old one?

First, SWTOR will not have same gender romances at launch. They are going to add them in the future due to popular demand.

Second, you will NEVER be FORCED to participate in gay romances. . . EVER. Just like in DA2, you had the option in the dialog wheel, but you can always choose if you want to be friends, romantic partners, or enemies.

Your post is 100% ignorant and prejudice. I have reported this to Amazon, so we'll see how long until it gets shut down.

Brian seems to forget that homosexuality is equally as old as humanity itself. How that somehow makes it something that your children shouldn't/wont ever be exposed to it beyond me. Tolerance man, learn it! Not everyone is against homosexuality, and just because you are doesn't mean that everyone else should share your opinion.

Right, because cannibalism and pedophilia are apples to apples comparison to homosexuality, I'M the one that can't reason. You got me. For one, the two things you named are illegal, and for two, the argument here (or at least the one Brian is trying to make, I have no idea where you're coming from Alfonso) is that homosexuality is somehow unnatural. My point is, something that humans have been engaging in since the dawn of our existence can't be unnatural. Now, for example, one could argue that we've also been killing one another for just as long. But I still maintain that murder isn't the same as two people being in love, no matter what sex they are.

This is so incredibly funny. Again, fake strikes aside (lol) how anything, and I mean one single point you made is a apples to apples comparison to the topic at hand is beyond me. Your logic is like comparing homosexuality to a mechanics love for fixing cars, they are in no way the same type of thing, at all, period. Maybe I'm at strike 100, but I'll be sure to let you know the second that effects me or changes my views on this subject.

E. Miller says:
It's a video game and you are never forced to be in a homosexual romance. Even if you were whats the big deal? How does it affect your life? If you kiss the same sex in a video game is that going to change your day to day life? No. So get over it and grow up.

BRIAN UECKER - There is a sticky on the SWTOR forums with the official post from Bioware on same gender romance arcs. It will not be in game at launch but I'm sure they will be adding it.

You are never pushed into a gay subplot, ever. When in conversation with a guy companion, you are given about 5 dialog choices, one of them being a romantic option. Just like in real life, you have a choice of what you say to people . . . so you simply have to choose not to say gay things to your companions and you will never encounter a gay relationship. It really impacts you in no way at all unless you choose that path.
