I highly recommend this book.
This slim volume should be read in its entirety first, then consulted regularly as a daily meditation or reflection. The lucky reader who discovers this gem will be blessed each and every day.
I'm 67 years old but find I'm always learning more about the world and esp myself.
Cheyenne's book was one of the best books I've read that helped me to learn some very important things about myself.
The chapter that really made me stand up and take notice was staying on track.
Thanks for your insight, Cheyenne
