About the Author

Al Fingers (AKA Al Newman) was born in London, England, where he lives with his wife and family. His previous books include DPM, An Encyclopedia of Camouflage, published by Maharishi (2004), Fashion A―Z, An Illustrated Dictionary, published by Laurence King Publishing (2009) and Greensleeves, The First 100 Covers, published by Stüssy (2010).

Mark Read is a documentary/portrait photographer whose work has been published in National Geographic, Time Magazine, the Guardian, the Sunday Times and the Saturday Telegraph.
